The UEH Single Sign-On (SSO) system (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is developed and managed by the Information Technology Infrastructure Department (Ban QTTHT). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our authentication platform that integrates with Google’s OAuth 2.0 services.

When you use the UEH SSO system, we may collect the following information:

• OAuth 2.0 Authorization Data: We collect tokens issued by Google to authenticate your identity and allow secure access to UEH systems.
• User Information: Your name, UEH email address, and Google profile identifier used for authentication. No additional personal data is accessed or stored.
• System Logs: Basic technical information (e.g., IP address, timestamps, login status) for audit and security monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• Authentication: To verify your UEH identity and grant access to UEH digital systems such as LMS, E-Office, and Email.
• Service Operation: To maintain and secure the Single Sign-On service, ensuring stable and authorized access.
• System Improvement: To analyze technical logs and improve system reliability and performance.

4. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Information may only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share certain information.
• Legal Obligations: When required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• UEH Internal Security: When necessary to protect the integrity of UEH’s information systems and services.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
